Information we may receive
The information we receive depends on how you use the product catalogue and whether you choose to contact us.
Product enquiries
Your name, company, job title, contact details, message and any information you include in an email enquiry.
Product requirements
Product names, part numbers, quantities, delivery destination, technical requirements and documents you provide.
Technical information
IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information and security events.
Media interactions
Technical request information and viewing interactions generated when externally hosted video or player resources load.
The catalogue is an enquiry service. It does not provide a public customer account, online checkout or payment facility.
How and why we use information
- Answer product, availability and support enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate requested delivery.
- Manage customer, supplier and distributor relationships.
- Operate, maintain and secure the website.
- Measure website use when analytics are allowed.
- Meet accounting, regulatory and legal obligations.
- Prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Depending on the situation, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, because we have a legitimate business interest, because the law requires it, or because you have given consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Cookies and your choices
We separate essential website functions from optional measurement and keep the choice simple.

Services used by this website
WordPress & WooCommerce
The website and product catalogue use WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, maintenance and security providers may process technical information where necessary to operate and protect the site.
Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may measure website use through Google Site Kit. While analytics storage is denied, Google tags may still receive limited consent and technical signals depending on the consent-mode configuration. Google processes information under its privacy policy.
Video services
Embedded video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain and Vidstack player resources. Loading or playing media can disclose technical request information to those providers. See Google’s privacy policy.
Website fonts
The website currently requests font resources from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details when those files load.
Sharing and international transfers
We disclose personal information only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described on this page. Recipients may include other CK Loosbrock offices; Offshore Handling Systems or another supplier where technical or product support is required; hosting, security and IT providers; carriers, customs brokers and fulfilment partners; professional advisers; and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Because CK Loosbrock operates in the United States and the Netherlands, information may be transferred between countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or organisational safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary. The period depends on the duration of an enquiry, quotation, order or business relationship; contractual and accounting requirements; security needs; dispute periods; and the settings used for consent-based analytics.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it or restrict access where immediate deletion is not technically possible.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Request deletion in certain circumstances.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to certain processing.
- Receive certain information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
- Complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If our Netherlands office is responsible, you can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
