OHS Riser Wedges and Chocks are designed for drill pipe and risers stored horizontally on pipe decks, in yards and in pipe-storage systems. The range provides three standard chock sizes with handles for placement and recovery. Selecting a chock requires more than matching a nominal pipe diameter. The pipe geometry, support layout, number of stored layers, deck or rack arrangement and potential movement all need to be considered in the storage plan.
Where the chocks are used
